We have been operating in Indonesia since 2018. During this time, we have developed processes tailored to the local market and international standards.

Expertise in management

Projects have been implemented in three countries with budgets of up to $1 million. All current projects are managed internally, from the team to financial reporting.

The team is fluent in English and Indonesian, ensuring transparency in communication with investors and local contractors.

Personal inspection

Each object undergoes personal inspection at least once a week. This allows us to maintain a stable, predetermined level of quality.

Risk control

Responsible for quality, budget, and risks: estimates and deadlines are specified in the contract. In case of delay, a penalty will be imposed.

We build client villas according to the same principles as we do for ourselves—with complete control, transparent estimates, and high-quality execution.
